SHIPPING POLICY

The turn-around time for our Pochette Bags is around 1 week due all items being made to order. If you require them sooner, please contact us and we will confirm our availability.

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail 2nd Class at a flat rate of £2.99. You will receive notification that your order has been shipped via email (please ensure to check your spam filters).

The standard lead time for Royal Mail 2nd Class is 2/3 working days. However, due to Covid-19 there may be longer delivery timescales than usual.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Our items are all custom made, therefore we do not accept cancellations or returns, and all items are non-refundable.

In the unlikely occurrence that your package damaged, please ensure to contact us as soon as possible (within 3 days of receiving your item).

 

Our bags include many rhinestones and jewels and therefore should be should be handled with care. We will cannot be held liable for any damage that occurs to your item after it is received. We do however provide a small amount of extra rhinestones with your order just in case.
